Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, email, or phone.
- Provide solutions and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support when required.
- Identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
