Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, email, or phone.
  • Provide solutions and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document and update customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support when required.
  • Identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
